About
A career spent asking what healthcare should look like next.
I've built my work around a conviction: medicine performs best when it is preventive, personalized, and measured — and when the person receiving care is treated as a system, not a symptom.

I am a healthcare strategist and futurist, and the founder and CEO of BioSphere Human Optimization. My work sits between the business of healthcare and the science of human performance — advising on strategy, growth, and innovation while staying grounded in the practical realities of nutrition, training, metabolic health, and functional medicine.
My background pairs an MBA and years as a business development executive in healthcare with certifications as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and functional health practitioner. That combination shapes how I think: strategy that ignores physiology is theory, and physiology without a viable business model never reaches patients.
I'm most interested in preventive medicine, personalized medicine, AI-driven healthcare innovation, technology integration, longevity science, and healthcare leadership. I believe the systems that win the next decade will be the ones that measure health continuously, intervene early, and treat the patient relationship as ongoing rather than episodic.
Outside of work, I live in Connecticut with my family. I spend my time in the gym, around horses, and applying to my own life the same principles I advocate professionally — because the standards worth recommending are the ones you keep.
